Oscar takes on Mr. Dempsey’s Tinfoil Boat Challenge

Well done to 5th and 6th Class who took on another of Mr. Dempsey’s STEM challenges. This time, using just a sheet of tinfoil the class were tasked with designing a boat which would be buoyant enough to hold coins without sinking. Using what they learned, they designed a second, and hopefully better boat like Oscar did! Check out Oscar’s “before” and “after” results in the videos below. Well done Oscar!
